We are thrilled you will be joining us for Trade Show Executive’s Fastest 50 Awards & Summit. It is going to be an exciting event, which will open the door to new ideas that will shape our industry’s future, reunite us with friends, meet new peers, network and identify new opportunities for the future.

The Fastest 50 Awards & Summit is an exclusive event for upper-level trade show management, specifically meant for budgetary influencers and decision makers.

May 1-3 at the Miami Beach Convention Center. The room block will be at the Loews Miami Beach Hotel.

Fastest 50 Honorees

  • Two complimentary registrations ($800 value per registration)

Additional Fastest 50 Honoree Team Members/General Attendees

  • Additional Honoree Team Member $800 (Early bird $650)
  • Executive-level Organizer (Without a Ranking Show) $800 (Early bird $650)
  • Spouse – Significant Others of any attendees can attend for $500 (Early bird $400)
  • Sponsors – Based upon contractual agreement

All air transportation and hotel accommodations are the responsibility of the attendee.

Yes, there is a discounted price of $650 available for qualified attendees. After the early bird deadline, fees increase to $800.

No, all qualified show organizers are welcome to join us! Registration fees required.

Yes. After you register online, you will receive an automated email confirming your registration has been received.

Once the Trade Show Executive team reviews your registration and it is approved, you will receive a second confirmation email with the relevant links for attendance, including the link to reserve a hotel room.

If your registration is denied, a team member will reach out to you to let you know the reason.

We accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express

Yes. If you register and pay but are unable to attend, you can transfer your registration to a colleague from your company up until a week prior to the event.
