Fastest 50 Awards & Summit will be held on May 8-10 at Resorts World Las Vegas. You can book your room block at Resorts World Las Vegas. 

Registration will open on February 26th till April 5th! Early bird registration is until March 20th!

All air transportation and hotel accommodations are the responsibility of the attendee. Complimentary round-trip car transportation is provided for all attendees from Harry Reid International Airport to the resort from May 8– 10th by Event Transportation Systems.

Yes, there is a discounted price of $660 available for qualified attendees. After April 1, fees increase to $850. 

• Top executives from each Fastest 50 ranked show or honorees Qualified Attendees, as defined by Trade Show Executive, are non-sales executive-level (Director/VP and above) professionals from associations or organizations that have budgetary influence, own, produce, or manage trade shows. 

No, all qualified show organizers are welcome to join us! Registration fees required.

Yes. After you register online, you will receive an automated email confirming your registration has been received. 

Once the Trade Show Executive team reviews your registration and it is approved, you will receive a second confirmation email with the relevant links for attendance, including the link to reserve a hotel room and reserve your complimentary transportation to and from the event.

If your registration is denied, a team member will reach out to you to let you know the reason or ask for additional qualifying information.  

We accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express

Yes. If you register and pay but are unable to attend, you can transfer your registration to a colleague who meets our attendee qualifications from your company up until a week prior to the event. To transfer your registration, please contact fastest50@tradeshowexecutive.com. 

Qualified Attendees, as defined by TSE, are non-sales executive-level (Director/VP and above) professionals from associations or organizations that have budgetary influence, own, produce, or manage trade shows. 

No refunds for cancellations received after April 10.  To cancel your registration, please contact fastest50@tradeshowexecutive.com.

Resorts World Las Vegas is approximately 4.5 miles from Harry Reid International Airport, which is approximately a 15-minute drive 

Complimentary roundtrip transportation will be provided by our sponsor, Event Transportation Systems.   

Trade Show Executive has reserved rooms with discounted rates at Conrad within Resorts World Las Vegas 

Rates are $100 per night. 

Reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, and discounted rooms are only available while the limited block lasts.

Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. – check out time is 11:00 a.m.

In May, the weather in Las Vegas is generally perfect, with very high temperatures and almost no rainfall. The maximum daytime temperatures are around 88°F – 90°F , while the minimum nighttime temperatures are around 60°F – 64°F. The average relative humidity in May is 21%. Please monitor the weather and check again closer to the event before you travel to Las Vegas.  

Dress code is business casual, cocktail attire or resort wear for the opening reception and Fastest 50 Summit. Bring a sweater or light jacket because meeting rooms and outdoor patios can be a bit chilly. Dress attire for the Fastest 50 Reception & Dinner is formal, which ranges from short cocktail dresses to long gowns for women, while the men wear business suits, tuxedos or even kilts. Wear whatever makes you feel comfortable!
